SMART-C GitHub

The SMART-C GitHub was established by the Consortium’s Analytics Lead, Rob Fletcher, to share standardised analytical approaches across collaborating trials, particularly for GFR slope. We aim to share with the broader medical research community reproducible syntax for this outcome for both R and SAS.

Modelling eGFR Slope

The SMART-C Github provides a step-by-step guide to modelling GFR slope in R, based on the methods used in the CREDENCE and DAPA-CKD trials. It also includes an accompanying reproducible example with synthetically generated data.
